A full buffet breakfast with tropical fruits, Colombian coffee and chocolate is served daily. Guests can treat themselves to international cuisine at Muelle 11 Restaurant and enjoy drinks at the rooftop bar. Good at restaurant was exceptional. I stayed with my two kids and we enjoyed greatly the heated pool. That was a true bonus and in Bogota where it can be windy and cool at times. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was exceptional - a huge variety of options. Service was attentive.

Good security and felt safe as female travellers. Front desk was excellent and so helpful. Great and I mean GREAT breakfast.

Maybe the best staff in Bogota :-) Very friendly people, would def go back.

Speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area at the reception. The staff above everything else is what stood out to me. Especially the person I spoke to in the concierge lounge on the 13th floor. With that being said, the hotel is one of the nicest I’ve been to. And provide many amenities that will make your stay one to remember.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Overall, it was an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. Situated in Bogotá with Unicentro Shopping Mall nearby, Casa Mitho features accommodation with access to a fitness room. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel has family rooms. We stayed at Casa Mitho twice. Once on the top floor the room for three people (an additional camping bed) and once in the 2-bed apartment on the bottom floor. It is a nice area where you can easily and safely walk to places for breakfast/lunch. The place is clean and modern and the staff is great. We used the sauna at the gym as well which was great to help with the jet lag.
