Especially the person I spoke to in the concierge lounge on the 13th floor. With that being said, the hotel is one of the nicest I’ve been to. And provide many amenities that will make your stay one to remember.

The service was amazing—one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The bed was great and so comfortable; I slept like a baby. There was a good selection of cable channels (in English). The rooms were quiet (except for the passing planes outside). The spa massages and facials were to die for. I loved the electric curtains. The breakfast was delicious, and the selection of pastries was fantastic.

Great Hostel with private rooms and dormitories. I stayed some nights in a private room with air conditioning and own bathroom and shower and some nights in a dormitory (4beds) with own shower and bathroom and air conditioning as well. There is a spa as well and sauna included . Quite. Very good breakfast for reasonable price and restaurant. Located close to historic center and close to public transportation. Shuttle available as well. Very nice and helpful people. Highly recommend

The hotel is a lovely renovated colonial house. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast was good. The location was superb if you want to explore the colonial part of Bogota. massage service was okay.

The complementary sauna and steam bad was clean and easy to reserve. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Jonathan was great! The location is good, walking distance from many places.

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and helpful! Our room was clean and spacious and the rooftop pool and gym were a little peace of heaven with an incredible 360 view of the city! The breakfast was delicious and the team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Walkable to everything - restaurants, bars, coffee shops shopping, groceries, parks - and multiple neighbourhoods to get a feel for Bogota overall. Thank you Jenny and everyone at Cassa Luxury Homes! Good location for Old Town. Nice treat to be able to use the sauna/steam rooms. Amazing shower in the ensuite. Great vibes in the bar area, and quiet spaces to work also. They had mutliple choices for breakfast, which changed each day. Wifi was great too.

Hotel was in a great location. We walked to most places and there were lots of restaurants close by. The suite was very large and the view was amazing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The sauna and hot tub were very nice!

The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with the mattress and premium linens engendering sound nights' sleep. The shower and luxury toiletries made it feel like a stay in a spa. The aesthetics of the hotel were very pleasing, with the colors and décor projecting subtle sophistication and tranquility. The on-site farm-to-table restaurant provided a delicious breakfast in the morning, and was a popular lunch and dinner destination for locals.
