We booked a stay for 2 nights for my wife's birthday, started with an upgrade to the sea view suite and a complimentary birthday cake with a bottle of wine. Very convenient location near to Sea World. Good breakfast. Carol and the rest of the staff made our stay exceptional. Definitely going back.

It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

The room was perfect. Although the hotel was booked out, we had the feeling that it was not controlled. Very responsive staff.
