They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

The price is very reasonable.Pros:• Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the west entrance of the park.• Beautiful river and mountain views, very quiet with no traffic noise.• The lighting at night is beautifully arranged, creating a great atmosphere.Things to Note:• There are sightseeing helicopters nearby, which fly about three to four times around 10 a.m. It can be a bit noisy, but the duration is short and acceptable.• The hotel restaurant offers à la carte options, and takeaway can also be delivered directly to your room.Important Distances:• East entrance of the park: 10-minute walk• Zhangjiajie West Railway Station: 30-minute taxi ride• Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon: 30-minute taxi ride• Tianmen Mountain Cableway: 40-minute taxi ride
