Designed with the touches of Ming Dynasty, the rooms and suites combine technology, art and a commitment to green efficiency. Furnished in calming blue, white and dark brown, all rooms come with traditional lanterns and paintings. Certain rooms feature a private bathroom with a hot tub, while others have bathrobes and slippers alongside with a walk-in shower. Some rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Me and my boyfriend were absolutely blown away by the Nuo hotel. The staff were so professional and the hotel was beautiful. I would like to give a huge thank you to Frank who went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. I would recommend anyone visiting beijing to stay at the Nuo hotel, it was definitely the nicest most professional hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and were definitely an added bonus! Thank you again to all the staff and a very special thanks to Frank.

The Waldorf Astoria Spa offers a range of signature treatments and features 7 private spa suites. Guests can also refresh themselves with a workout at the fitness centre or relax at the heated indoor swimming pool, which also has a whirlpool. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and spoke English quite well, which made communication smooth and easy. They were helpful and responsive to all our needs. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, truly living up to the five-star standard. In the evening, staff came to replenish the amenities such as tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The toiletries provided were from Aesop, a premium brand, which aligned perfectly with the hotel’s luxury image. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, definitely up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.
