The hotel features a spa with a steam room, sauna, heated pool, hydromassage tub and hot tub. Massage sessions and facial and body treatments with stones and natural elements can be arranged for an extra fee. The hotel is an exceptional building in a unique location: the views from our room and dining room took our breath away. The guided treks and walks were interesting and we saw so many amazing animals, birds and landscapes. The riding excursion on the ranch with a gaucho was a highlight. Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.

Good location just outside the national park. Good breakfast and the evening meal was also very good. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with a good view from the bay window.

Luxury hotel - great view from room of mountains - really friendly and helpful staff - great restaurant with interesting and varied menu - really good breakfasts and relaxing places to sit and have a Calafate sour. Location perfect at the entrance to the park. We were even able to get petrol (very expensive)at the hotel to top us up for journey back to Calafate.

excellent hotel near Torres del Paine National Park, with friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms, interesting activities offered (horse-riding, Grey glacier,...), healthy and rich breakfast and meals in general, amazing wellness area (2 sauna, heated swimming pool)... it's not cheap, but it's really worth it

the breakfast is great, there is fresh fruit, different typs of bread, salmon and cream cheese, sweets - really everything one could wish for. the staff at the bar is amazing! the spa and gym area are very nice - clean, friendly staff. the views from the dining area and the bar are just spectacular. there is a horse stable next to the hotel and the offer horsbackriding tours!
