Everything! The atmosphere, the views, the service — it’s all exceptional. This was actually my second time staying here, and I loved it even more. It offers a large park with an outdoor wellness area with sauna and cooling pool. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and Verbena Restaurant with its own bar on site. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The room was so spacious with a cute little garden. The view to the alpine mountain was amazing. It was quiet, close to the nature, the lake view amazing. I even liked the smell of the cows. And the Spa was so good. I’ll come back for sure.
