The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. We love the pool, services from the hotel.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The hotel is classic but was well maintained. We had a good stay. Their restaurant was great as well. Location near the train station.

On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged. - perfect location and facilities - staff are very friendly and helpful - when I checked out early at 3.3am to catch my morning flight in Zurich, Staff prepared meal box for my breakfast along the way. We came here on our honeymoon and every single member of staff was so lovely. They even gave us an upgrade which we were absolutely delighted with. The weather was mixed when we were in Zermatt which made us enjoy the hotel even more than planned as we had a few days of pure relaxation. The breakfast we were raving about even when we got home to our friends and family. Every part of our stay was 10/10 we would love to come back in the future again. I think this is the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. Thanks so much to all the staff again 🥰
