Very friendly, helpful and lovely staff, which made us feel right at home. Superb breakfast. Great amenities, especially after a long ski day (sauna, bar...). The hotel has its own restaurant, which serves delicious food (we stayed there for dinner pretty much everyday for an entire week!). Very charming decor. Well located and well connected. Definitely recommend!

Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

Breakfast was very nice. Various choice from the buffet and a la cart. I loved the smoothies. The chalet is serving cheese fondue and has mountain charm. We loved the pool area, specially after 18:00 when it’s adults only till 22:00. Shuttle service to the ski lift works great.

Great location! Super close to restaurants, the supermarket, and the Engelberg train station. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the bottom of mount titlis. There are plenty of ski rental places around the hotel also. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.
