Our one-night stay was truly unforgettable. The spa was outstanding. The food was exceptional, with every dish exceeding our expectations, and the breathtaking view from our room added a magical touch to the experience. I would love to return in the future and stay longer, the Rigi and the hotel were incredible!

We had a nice and spacious room with a balcony, loved the cosy atmosphere in the lobby with a fireplace. We enjoyed the big spa with many different saunas and a pleasant relaxing area. Especially appreciated the fact that we could further use the spa after checking out, a great thing when weather is not perfect. Wonderful breakfast buffet with great choice of local products and in a pleasant surrounding. Very helpful staff which even organised a transport to funicular as there was quite a bit of snow. Good WiFi

The view is unbeatable. Nice and qiet spa area with fabulous view. I loved the small private beach on the lake. Thanks alot to the employee in the reception for solving a small misunderstanding in a wonderful and professional way. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)
