The heated pool for all ages helped greatly in entertaining my toddler after a full day of sightseeing. The Lux boutique vibe of this place was really refreshing , breakfast was great.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Breakfast, spa, excellent restaurant for dinner.

Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Room was spacious & clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Washing machine and drier (Self-help with reasonable cost) were readily available. Location was very good. Highly Recommeneded.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.
