Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

This hotel is a gem, everything was fabulous! Our room was spacious, very very comfortable, and had an amazing view of the lake (which is at a stone's throw away). 5 star breakfast buffet. The staff was very welcoming and family-friendly (our son received a small gift).

The room was really well designed and thoughtful. the Lake view from the window is amazing. the staff was very helpful and they gave welcome gifts for the kids. We absolutely loved it.

This hotel is exceptional. To have direct lake access like this was such a treat. I will definitely be back. The staff were exceptional also - very attentive and could not have done more for our group.

This is an amazing place to stay in Luzern. Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help. Big rooms and comfortable beds. We wished all five start hotels were like yours. Congratulations!

We really enjoyed the private spa stay in Sursee, It was truly a wonderful Experience. Future guests do check this place out. First its location is a bit odd, as it is situated in an industrial area, in an office building complex where there are other businesses. But once you enter the spa side of the building, you do enter a lovely space and you do quickly forget that you’re in an office complex. You get a lovely big whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open walk-in shower. There is a fridge filled with drinks and snacks “not included in on the cost, which would have been nice, but still with the supplied price list, the costs are acceptable. There is a Bluetooth speaker, a tv, and two air conditioners. One for tempature and the other for humidity. We did not use the Bluetooth speaker or the TV, so we can’t comment on that. You get 4 towels and 2 bath robes. And for all you smokers out there, there is a seperated smoking room. Just around the corner from the building where the room is located is a truly fantastic restaurant called Barrage, great food, awesome atmosphere, lovely dinner spot, 2 min drive, or a short walk. We also did not opt to have food service, so no breakfast or dinner. Mainly because we wanted to go out for dinner, and you need to leave at 10am in the morning sharp!, which for us, as parents of many kids, never getting the opportunity to sleep late, meant we slept as late as we could, and if we were to have breakfast, we would have needed a later check out time, and so we opted to sleep late, leave at 10 have a late breakfast elsewhere. This place does come recommended, our stay was fantastic, the Jacuzzi, so nice. If your goal is to relax, this is a great place to do it. Quiet, peaceful, Private, you get your own space to just chill out, and that is exactly what we got, it was really wonderful, I enjoyed every second of it, and do highly recommend this place.

The hotel is excellent - comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, very quiet surroundings, plenty of free parking space. About 25-30 min drive from/to centrum of Luzern. "Come as a guest, leave as a friend" is the motto of the hotel, and for a good reason.
