I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

The hotel offers an indoor pool, a tennis court, 3 restaurants, and free WiFi. All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

There is a wide range of beauty treatments and massages. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of items. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a great view of the lake. The room was very quiet and the housekeeping was exceptional.
