The location is amazing, a minute away from the lake and in the quiet part of the city center. The lady on the front desk was super friendly. We were there in the middle of the summer heatwave and we were offered refreshments, ice cream, she was even ready to try to find us some swimsuits so we can go swiming in the lake!

The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, beautiful dishes, warm water and drinkable water. The private bathroom clean and modern was more than expected. Last but not least, very quiet surrounded by nature and very easy access to the center of town with the used of the trams and buses. I appreciated the host explained to us which bus to take to get to the lake Zurich and we had a swim on our very first day which will be one of our greatest memory. The host granted us a few hours to accommodate our needs on our day of checking out.

Lake side view from the room was amazing. A small balcony to enjoy the view was cherry on cake. We are vegetarian but breakfast was good for us as well. The best part of the stay was really courteous and supportive staff, a different experience from other similar rated hotels experience in Switzerland. :D Spa facilities provided in the hotel were also good.
Relatively pricey but with great value in return. Fully equipped apartment with lots of space. Handy location for local public transport, also to the Greater Zurich area. Would book there again

The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)
