A wide range of beauty treatments and massages are available. The food in the restaurant was so good. I had the fillet du perch two nights in a row! Highly recommend it. The bar lobby served great snacks as well, I highly recommend the prawn tempura with the side salad, to die for. The staff were very friendly as well. The receptionist Laura was even so kind to walk me to the main road in order to direct me and explain where to get the Metro.

Guests can also access the Yogi Booster Bar free of charge. The hotel had a large common area downstairs with a bar and light food options. We spent a lot of time there. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and spacious.

I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. Great location. Attentive and professional staff. Love the views of the lake.

Decorated with luxurious fabrics, the spacious, elegant and comfortable rooms and suites are air-conditioned and feature a minibar, an Illy coffee machine, free Wi-Fi and Diptyque toiletries. All rooms offer views of the lake or the Mont-Blanc Square. Location was fantastic. Hotel oozed old world charm and luxury. Staff were very attentive to our needs. The view from our room (lake-facing) was just amazing. Concierge was knowledgeable. The experience was a great start to our Swiss holiday.

Speaking German, English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always on hand to help. The food and wine were excellent. Staff cordial and attentive. Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

Furthermore the spa features an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, a baroque-style fitness room, massages and a beauty centre. The location was excellent with a beautiful walking path in front and a gorgeous view of the lake!! Great restaurants nearby! Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and spa. The pool was a nice bonus!
