Great location with very good connection to UN agencies, the city center and the airport. Staff is super friendly and helpful (big thanks Abraham), breakfast is excellent, the shuttle to the airport operating frequently, and the value for money is high.

Location excellent . Receptionist was very helpful giving me a map , explaining clearly where to go , she gave me good restaurant recommendations , hotel was very clean , I liked it , I’d look for a Novotel again , I’d never stayed in one until this time .
