All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

Located in Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland, the non-smoking Hotel Artos enjoys a central location with panoramic views of the Jungfrau Region. It features a garden with a terrace and a children’s playground, a rich culinary selection, a cafeteria, a library and a playroom.

The SPArtos wellness area will be closed for renovation from January 5th to May 10th, 2026. The hotel is very n8ce and has all the emanities of a 4+ hotel, even for disable or handicapped people. We decided to stay 1 extra night, and the staff accommodated us immediately. It is close to Interlaken Ost station, from where we could go to all mountains with trains and cable cars.

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Interlaken, like walking tours. Skiing and hiking can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle rental service and ski storage space are also available on-site. Good location to stay for a few nights to explore the area. Was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was great. Would recommend!

The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. Everything perfect. I've lost my ID and they found it in the hotel. the staff contacted me and offered to send it back to my house by covering also the spedition expenses. thank you so much to the staff.
