We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Amazing and fantastic house! You could be shocked by the beautiful views from every window; convenient transportation, just at the bus stop, and you could also walk to Interlaken ost and west; the house hosts are really nice and helpful, the house is well equipped, just like home.

The perfect location away from tourists!! I would bet this is what people expect from Switzerland when traveling for vacations. If you stay in between of Interlaken Ost or West, things will be very "touristry" and noisy. This hotel is away from all of that, close to the farms and the paraglading fields. Both sunrises and sunsets are DELIGHTFUL!! If you have the chance to have Miss Cecini as your host when checking in you will know everything will be fine when you see that bright smile. Breakfast buffet is beyond (best müsli I tried on 2 weeks traveling around Switzerland) but if you can stretch your budget try their dinner menu for an unique experience for your palate.

The facilities were fantastic, particularly the spa area. The staff were incredibly friendly with a specific mention to Emily and Elaine. The views are breathtaking. The location to Lake Thun is ideal. Only a short walk away. Free local bus into town just down the road. Breakfast was okay without being amazing. Dinner we had on two separate occasions was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was very impressive. Much better than the photos. Larger than expected. Really loved our stay. The place had a great feel about it.
