The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Artos contains several caring center for elders and the interior of entire place is super clean and tidy. Location is great, the community is very quiet, 2 bus stops away from Interlaken ost station and 2 bus stops aways away to downtown if you take another direction. All the staff are kind and helpful, we did enjoy our stay.

Skiing and hiking can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle rental service and ski storage space are also available on-site. Good location to stay for a few nights to explore the area. Was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was great. Would recommend!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. Place was awesome, loved the Spa, being naked in the SPA though was a bit of a barrier, in general we really liked it.
