The staff was very helpful and friendly, both before we arrived and during our stay. The rooms are a really good size and I loved having the little fireplace, kitchenette and super comfortable bed - the place is super cozy! We utilized the shuttle to the ski gondola which is really quick but the hotel is also walking distance from the gondola and from tons of restaurants and bars.

The yurts were amazing, comfortable, sleeps 5 people, warm (we stayed in December), bathrooms were right there by the yurts, clean and warm. Super easy check in after hours.
