I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.

We got good help with every question about renting a car or a bike (which is for free at the hotel) and also getting some tea water for our bottles for the day. The Receptionists were very friendly, especially Nada who was working with us every day of our stay. We got complementary water, tea and coffee pots every day.

The spacious apartment with a balcony and mountain views has 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Loved Kelvin and Heidi’s welcome and their communication. We had flight delays and it looked like we may have missed a significant portion of our stay, Heidi and Kelvin were great in responding to our updates
