Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.

Speaking Arabic, Mandarin, English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. I want to say it is the best hotel I stayed recently. The staff is nice, everything is clean and easy to use. I arrived at 1am and it’s really easy to get there from the airport. They also offer free transportation to airport.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Loved Kelvin and Heidi’s welcome and their communication. We had flight delays and it looked like we may have missed a significant portion of our stay, Heidi and Kelvin were great in responding to our updates

The hotel is awesome. Super nice view and very clean room. The room comes with a bathtub with an awesome view. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is very nice as well. Only a few minute drive to Malahat skywalk.
