The greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

For guests with children, Mountain Retreat, Pool & Hot Tub, BBQ, Patio, King Bed, Sleeps 6! provides kids pool, an indoor play area and outdoor play equipment. Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and a water park is available on-site. The location was excellent, with businesses and restaurants all around us and easy access to main highway. Our room was comfortable with a cozy fireplace and a fully-stocked kitchen. The view was spectacular. The parking was convenient and we so appreciated the national parks pass provided. Thank you for making our stay 5 stars! We will definitely book with you again.

The views were absolutely outstanding and property was very clean.

Fantastic sized, luxury apartment with 2 great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. In a good location.

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking aparthotel has a hot tub. This is a very spacious accommodation which can actually have 7 pax if you squeeze a bit. Initially, 1 of us was to take the sofa bed but there was a bunker bed in the 2nd room hence 3 of us squeezed in (bottom bunker was a double bed). The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was even adequate cooking oil, salt & pepper! Kitchen is large and so is the dining and living area. Well heated too - easy to control the temperature in the property. Communication with the property was a breeze (unlike my experience with some Vancouver & Calgary properties). It is a little out of town, on the outskirts but still very walkable into main street. Parking is underground and secure.
