March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. The location was perfect! The staff was so friendly and the food delicious! The spa was very nice and not full. We will definitely go back!

Perfect location - you can start skiing right from the entrance to the hotel. Ski pass and equipment you can buy inside the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner (with an amazing mountain view). We also asked for the birthday package for our daughter - and it was really great (includes beautiful cake with candles, lemonades and gift - all for extra payment). The pool was a really good activity for the evening. We and our kids (aged 4 and 10) really enjoyed the stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

Very comfortable studio with all facilities functioning and needed for a week stay with a family - from sleeping to cooking and relaxing. Many compliments and thanks to the team of ladies maintaining and cleaning the room exceptionally well. They responded immediately and friendly to all our requests and preferences. The fast and professional contact with owner is also appreciated.

Situated in Koprivshtitsa, Stoichkovata Kashta Koprivshtitsa boasts a barbecue and views of the mountains. The guest house has a children's playground and spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. What a delight! Staff were very helpful, room was warm and cozy, breakfast was made to order and plentiful. We really enjoyed staying here.

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Everything was great! The room size, the food, the view of the slope, the facilities, play room and kids club and of course the gala dinner ! We absolutely loved it and next time in Borovets we'll stay at Inglika!

Rooms at the Ice Angels Hotel are comfortable and spacious, with carpeted floors, seating area and a work desk. They are equipped with TV and telephone. The views are exceptional, the breakfest was one of the best I've ever had in hotels if not the best.
