Remote, quiet and gorgeous area, perfect year round for outdoor activities. Spotless all around, great pool/spa facilities, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly with playroom in the restaurant, playground outside, and no noise after 10pm. Really great value for money!

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Freshly renovated rooms, with everything you need. Food was nice and you had many choices. Gondola was very close. It was quiet at night, you could maybe hear other people walking in the corridors, but that was ok.

Private parking and free WiFi are provided. A conference centre offers various opportunities for organizing business and personal events. Also, you can benefit from free access to the spa centre, featuring a 25-metre swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, a gym, thermal and relax zones. Amazing hotel right at the lifts and ski school. The hotel rooms and it's amenities are beyond expectations. The hotel has activities for adults and kids all day long and at evening as well. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and other services. The food was great too and the staff was super supporting and accommodating during our stay. Me and kids had a blast and can't wait to come back!

Free parking. Excellent location. The food in the restaurant was tasty and at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

The Hotel Boutique is looking awesome, from the style and the furniture to the plates. Clearly, it was a great investment. The food is fresh and delicious, the deserts, especially the cake made with yogurt, honey, nuts, and blueberries!!! 🤩🤩🤩 the ladies from cleaning did their job very well. I totally recommend this hotel boutique, very cozy, clean, beautiful and the food very tasty.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with wellness packages, fitness room, and steam room, as well as a bar. The property was clean, very modern, very comfortable and much larger than the pictures show. The apartment had everything you could possibly need even having USB and English plug sockets. Couldn’t recommend this property more. The sofa bed was made up as a bed for my son and was very comfortable and is a double. Being able to keep our ski equipment in the entrance hall area to the apartment even with a heated floor made getting ready in the mornings a breeze.
