Very friendly helpful staff - especially Marian, very polite and professional. Wonderful facilities; pools (heated one for hotel guests only), Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and massage..everything you could want. Big spacious room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with a fresh variety “buffet” style. We love the breathtaking panoramic view from the VIP suites - we chose VIP “Plastic” but they all have unique interiors. Lunch and dinner was delicious as well - plenty of options and everything is freshly made in house with a lovely presentation. Last but not least the gym is amazing and there is a large selection of equipments to use.

Personal works simultaneously or front desk, restaurant and house keeping. They are exhausted and overworked and it shows. We had no working TV and no one to sort it for 2 days.
