Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding as required. The view from our balcony was spectacular - looking up to the ski slopes. Buses to the first Gondala and to the base were on time and fast, just some days booking was required for the early busses. Breakfast was a great array of international and local delights. The kids club was amazing with beautiful, caring staff that immediately engaged with our daughter. On the last day she stayed as we were packing the car. She didn't want to leave! Although not in the center of the action of the ski base, it was perfect for us. It was quiet at night, but had all the amenities that you might need, or want. Parking in front of the hotel was close and safe. Transport was easy to the center and if inclined a not so far walk. We will definitely return to Lucky Bansko on our next ski trip.

Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.
