The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. Excellent location for exploring the centre of Bansko and easy to get in and out by car. Rooms nicely done and with very comfortable bed and pillows. Great walk-in shower. All very clean. Staff very polite and ready to help you anytime. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.

Offering a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. A terrace, an in-house bar and shared lounge are available. Booking was easy and reception staff were quick to answer any queries and direct us to local ski schools and hire (Prin 2000). Check in was easy with helpful, friendly reception staff, who organized our ski pass for our stay. The fresh fruit, wine and sweet was very welcomed after a long drive. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding as required. The view from our balcony was spectacular - looking up to the ski slopes. Buses to the first Gondala and to the base were on time and fast, just some days booking was required for the early busses. Breakfast was a great array of international and local delights. The kids club was amazing with beautiful, caring staff that immediately engaged with our daughter. On the last day she stayed as we were packing the car. She didn't want to leave! Although not in the center of the action of the ski base, it was perfect for us. It was quiet at night, but had all the amenities that you might need, or want. Parking in front of the hotel was close and safe. Transport was easy to the center and if inclined a not so far walk. We will definitely return to Lucky Bansko on our next ski trip.

Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are changed daily. Special mention goes to the SPA area: a large pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, as well as a variety of baths, saunas, a hammam, and ice rooms.

Which state at the hotel in the beginning of April. There were hardly any occupancy, so all the fools were ours :) there are 2 big pools and three small ones. Some hot some cold. Bulls are working from morning till 8:00 p.m. breakfast was very good. There is a plenty of parking because hotel is at the edge of the town. Overall great value for money.

This new concept of hotel is what I was really missing in a "standart" hotel. You are treated as family from the moment you get in. Although it might not be perfect, they way you feel in it is worth it all. They really care about you, really care, not just out of the protocol. They call it a "social hotel" but not as a gimick but remind us that we are social human beings and return us to the things we were missing so much. I love this place. The eating outside (which was above delicious), kids playing next to you, music playing, the water from the pool, the river next to you and the grass lots. The location is perfect, easy parking, few steps and you cross the bridge of the city center, the cinema was a great feature too. Again 11/10!
