Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

It offers modern rooms, some with views over the city skyline, while others look towards Pyrmont and surrounding suburbs. All of the Staff at the curb entrance were excellent as was the front desk (Poppie). We also experienced the Broadway play “Hamilton” at the hotel theatre. It was phenomenal.

The hotel has a wellness area which includes a sauna. We had such a great time at the Swell Hotel! We stayed here for our honeymoon! The hotel decor was on point, the staff was exceptional, including their recommendations, and exceptional (thank you Felicia for everything!) and the amenities were wonderful! The rooms were spacious, all the furniture was so comfortable, the cocktails were delicious and they not only offer a private cold plunge/sauna combo (which is a great way to start your morning) but also free yoga every morning! They also have free parking. The location was great, walking distance to most shops, restaurants and the beach! We definitely will be back!
