The design and decoration. The cleanliness. The staff who went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, especially in reception and the breakfast room. And always with a smile. The location was perfect for getting around the city. The tram lines only minutes away. The silence, despite being in the centre. Oh, and the chef's cherry jam!

It would be great if you could add some cosmetics such as shower gel, lotion (not just shampoo). These are trifles, of course, but it would be nice 😊
