This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. I ordered an omelette and miso soup, both of which were excellent. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Wien. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Wien.

Special thanks to the ones who made my stay joyful and memorable to the fullest (Benjamin, Jasper and Nina from the dstrikt) and to the ones who went above and beyond that I can’t describe in words, they just made the ritz Vienna one of a kind, Oliver and Karina!
