In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

A ski storage room and free private parking are also available. Good view, fantastic location as we wanted to explore the mountains. Great food and hospitalty.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering more options than we’ve ever experienced before.

The Alpine-style rooms all feature a balcony, satellite TV, a seating area, and a bathroom. A beautiful hotel located in a stunning place. The room was very nice,comfortable and clean. The staff were nice,breakfast and dinner were delicious. The view from the room was amazing.

The hotel is beautiful, the room very spacious and modern, great balcony and helpful staff. There is ample parking space next to the hotel and the hotel also offers a pool, sauna, etc. The breakfast and optional dinner are great. The hotel is situated in a quaint Tyrolean village, a couple of minutes away from the cable car that takes you up to the nearby mountains for a wonderful walk!

Our stay was enjoyable overall, but what truly elevated our experience were the exceptional staff in the restaurant. Fruzsina and Evangelos, in particular, provided outstanding service. Their patience, friendliness, and attention to detail created a truly special atmosphere. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our dining experience.

Very good selection and very fresh produce. Parking in the garage was very convenient and as a bonus also a cool experience with the car elevator. Location is very convenient close to the old town.

A family of four in 2 separate rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa, pool and sauna were very good. Loved everything.
