This Apartement is very special. First its cosy, wooden floors, Olt antique style with rooms 4 meters high, all equipment inside very high level, not the usual cheap stuff. It has become our tradition to visit this hotel every year, and it never disappoints. Due to a technical issue, our room wasn’t available upon arrival, but we were kindly given a wonderful upgrade instead. As always, everything was excellent. We especially love the pool area, and truly appreciate the attentive service - particularly the staff bringing drinks directly to the sunbeds.

First and foremost, I love the staff. Accomodating, helpful, kind. Some mentioned that there's small variety of food at breakfast, but for me it was just perfect. I liked the news leaflet at breakfast, too. The room was big and clean, perhaps it was just a little bit too hot during the day, but I was mostly outside anyway. The bed was comfortable. 2 saunas were enough for the amount of people in the spa. The Finnish sauna failed at heating twice, but the staff was able to fix the issue. The location is perfect, near train station, next to the Slovenian border, within nostalgic streets of old town, surrounded by thermal park and a lot of greenery, and lake. The grocery stores are nearby.

Very friendly staff, good food (dinner and breakfast are really good, lots of options), the spa area is well maintained and clean, they offer transfer from/ to the train station which I really appreciate.
