Right next to the cable cars taking you up the mountain for beautiful hikes. Seriously, go here!! 🧖‍♀️ We could even do some laundry which was great, and the staff is very kind too. And I travel A LOT, so I know how different things can be haha.

Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

Huge, well-equipped wellness department. The breakfast was plentiful, satisfying all needs, the dinner selection was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main ski lift. The hotel also provides ski storage in a comfortable, heated storage room. The hotel staff is kind, attentive and very polite.

Entire spa-area can be used on arrival day as of 15:00, departure day till 14:00 free of charge This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. Swimming in a warm pool while looking into Alps is such a great feeling. It is a big hotel but you never get a feeling of a crouded place. It is very relaxing atmosphere. Great staff. And Saturdays are especially laid-back: From 12 pm to 6 pm, our local DJs spin tunes – easy vibes, no hustle and bustle, just great music and a relaxed atmosphere. What a beautiful place, the staff are very welcome and friendly, before we went there the communication is outstanding, they always keep you up to date with everything before you reach the hotel. it was my girlfriend birthday we requested a cake at midnight and they were so kind to bring a cake so late, very nice of them.
