The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Clean, comfy room, big bathroom with a shower, fantastic food and amazing staff in the restaurant overlooking Worthersee. Staff is there to help you with all kinds of wishes. Kids enjoyed the huge garden with the playground and the walks on the promenade next to the lake. We will definitely be back.

Nice wellness area with small private beach and salt cave. Excellent housekeeping services and staff.

Very well maintained hotel, clean, quiet. Stayed here during Worthersee Gravel Race, so hotel seemed to have its first weekend due to the race. However, that was great as I was allowed to use the room until after the race. Very friendly receptionist Edi helped tons, I really appreciated his help and understanding of letting me leave bike in the room also. Breakfast was simple but good, but again being beginning of season is understandable.

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.

The hotel was perfect for us. Accessible with an elevator. Clean room with everything you need including the little hotel treats. Comfortable bed, with really good pillows and blankets. Excellent shower. Modern room with a fun balcony. Private access to the lake. Steam room, sauna and a quiet room for rest and relaxation. Excellent breakfast! The women at the reception are very kind, pleasant, recommending where to eat and where to go for those who receive a discount card for attractions, free public transportation. Short distance from the city center. No parking problem. We sent laundry for 10 euros per machine, really cheap compared to what we paid elsewhere. We felt right at home, excellent hotel, recommended!
