The location of the restaurant on the water was superb. Breakfast was good. I would say above average for most places in the region. A good selection of hot items and very healthy options such as a juice presser where you could press your own juice.

Everything was perfect, delicious breakfast, nice and helpful staff, awsome swimmingpool and comfortable room. The location is suitable for trips to lakes. I fully recomend this place and hopefully visit again, we and the kids as well enjoy this hotel.

Everything was superlative. We opted for the room with a lake view and it was really worth it. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff together with the owners did everything to make our stay wonderful. The indoor pool is large enough and the water is at a temperature of 28 degrees. Both breakfast and dinner can satisfy the most refined tastes with the variety and freshness of the products. We thank the hosts and the entire staff who made our stay so pleasant.

The position at Strobl on Wolfgangsee is gorgeous and it’s worth paying for a lake view room. Generous room size, comfortable bed, lounge area with sofa, lounge chair & coffee table and great bathroom. Excellent breakfast - good choice and the ability to order eggs anyway you like. Beautiful gardens right down to the lake where there are 2 jetties and access for swimming. Lovely saunas - Finnish & Bio, and a steam room. Wellness centre if you want to book a massage. Short stroll to ferries - lovely way to see the area and and visit other towns - Sankt Wolfgang and Sankt Gilgen - both busier than Strobl but access for hiking via cog railway or cable car.
