The service was excellent.
We were being waited upon our arrival and the staff opened the doors for us. They explained everything in details. Same thing even at the restaurant. The room was really clean and warm. Everyone was super friendly and I would definitely go back again.

We stayed in this got from 26th -29th of August . The hotel is very good, inside and out facilities and good . My son enjoyed aqua park a lot .Everything it’s very clean ,”Staff extremely hard working and kind people .The staff in reception are extremely helpful, we talked during these 2 days mostly we 2 receptionist- Alexander and Jorida - both have excellent communication skills, are were extremely friendly and helpful to us . Location was perfect for the end of the valbone-theth hike. Silva was incredibly friendly. The guesthouse has a nice communal feel where is was easy to talk to other travellers. They even had a inflatable pool in the garden you could use if you wanted! Dinner and breakfast was really tasty and my husband even said the stew he had there was the best food he had in albania by a long way.

Great location but it is right next to the mosque so can hear the daily prayers.
Steam room, sauna and indoor pool was great to have especially to cool down after a long day in the heat.
Breakfast was good and had a nice selection.
Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
Bathroom was newly renovated and was excellent.
Staff are incredibly friendly and spoke good English. We came back few days later after hiking in Theth and they kindly stored our larger bags for us and also organised the bus to Theth for €12pp.

The breakfast was nice with a variety of choices. The view is stunning. The hotel is about 45min away from the center of Theth, so a perfect location to relax with the wellness facilities and just a short drive to many beautiful walks. The restaurant was very good but a bit pricey for us.
The facility is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10 resort,worth visiting.
