Great hotel! The building itself is very stylish, elevator, lighting, everything is new and very clean) comfortable room - I generally chose this hotel from the photo of the room - and my expectations were met. Comfortable bed, crisp white linen and towels, pillows a little too big. Netflix is ​​connected to the TV. The bathroom is a delight: a rain shower and a regular shower, stylish design. Also very good soundproofing in the room. Restaurant: a chic breakfast with fruits, freshly sliced ​​ham, ask, cheese. Freshly brewed coffee and croissants. The food on the menu is delicious too. The sea is literally 50 meters - just cross the road, and the sea is very clean. The staff is attentive, we had a small illness and they gave me medicine. Helped with individual orders of flowers in the room. Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

It was very luxorius! Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

The hotel is amazing, it has new and very clean facilities. It has two pools, one with hot water and the one outside with normal water. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are incredible, the bed feels like home. The staff is amazing. I recommend this hotel to relax and enjoy the sea. It is ideal for the family.

We had a great stay here, it was a perfect choice for a romantic 2 days. The Hotel is new (2months at the time of writting this) and it is done with taste. We stayed in a room with an amazing view, something we could only see here. The pool has an amazing view also, although it is quite small for the amount of people the hotel can have, so keep that in mind when you book. The hotel manager definitly knows how to treat customers and has gone over and beyond to help us feel comfortable. It was our honey moon, I asked for a surprise for my wife and when I went to pay they said it was on the house. After we check out he told us, without us even mentioning it, that if we wanted to stay by the pool we could. We also asked for him to book as a taxi and once he realised the taxi would take 1h to get there + 30m to get to our destination he and another colleague spoke and the colleague took us to our hotel for the same value the taxi would be. Which was also a good experience because he was very friendly, giving us tips and good conversation. Overall not only the hotel itself was an unique experience, we also felt like people care about their costumers and want us to have a good experience. Even with some small improvements that can be done, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had the room with a private pool which was on looking the sea. The beds were very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, especially the two girls at reception. The rooftop bar and pool is a great place to watch the sunset, listen to music and relax on a sun bed. Also they offer a free shuttle bus down to the beach where the beds and umbrella are included. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great.
