Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Restaurant food was amazing as was the included breakfast. Spa area was all included in the price (except for if you wanted a massage therapist) and had a gym, hot tub, pool, and salt therapy room with massage chairs. Very good value and I highly recommend this hotel!

The Staff was very friendly and welcoming and really made my stay unforgettable. Also the owner very nice guy. Great views from the rooftop bar. Overall great experience and definitely staying again next time I’m in town.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find out we have been upgraded to a new refurbished room. It was beautiful and tastefully. We were very comfortable.

The house is value for the money and it's located at the heart of the town.

Beautiful boutique hotel in fantastic location for walking to the main sights of Tirana. Exceptionally comfortable bed, silent aircon and nice bathroom with lots of extras like dental kit and other toiletries. The breakfast was the best in the whole month long trip around Montenegro and Albania and is served in a very attractive upstairs restaurant with rooftop terrace. The staff were really friendly and helpful, booking restaurants for us and organising a reasonable price for a taxi to Himare. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Albania and would definitely book again if coming to Tirana. It’s also near the best restaurant we went to in Albania- Bati 2 which was a fantastic fish restaurant and reasonably priced.

Speaking English, Spanish, Italian and Albanian at the reception, staff are always at hand to help. For 64 euros we got a room for 2 with an amazing big bed, a very convenient and aesthetically pleasing shower, helpful staff that was always there for us. We also had a private balcony which was a nice bonus.

The staff was very welcoming and always available to fulfill my special requests. The room was great, the restaurant and bar also. Didn't had the oportunity to enjoy the spa and pool but visited the area and it was nice. Several times I was asked if we had a good time and needed anything else. The hotel was generally very nice but the staff was definitly the best part of our short stay there.
