This is a very nice hotel in a great location in the very center of the city. The staff is nice and they all speak excellent English. Within the hotel, there is a very nicely decorated restaurant. Our room was not too big, but very tastefully decorated. For breakfast, there are a couple of trendy, healthy dishes...I liked it

The whole experience was very nice from the reception team, specially Eretha who facilitated the check in and offered 3 adjacent rooms and was very supportive , Ali helped us to the rooms , Louma and cleaning team , Admiral and the restaurant team were very supportive and offered great service , the hotel offered to us Royal breakfast in a special terrace , I don't want to forget anyone because everyone tried his best to provide the best service. Just amazing ! The staff are very friendly, fantastic and easy going. They accommodated all our needs, let us check in earlier and check out very early with breakfast brought into our room out of hours. The facilities are stunning, the room is so nice, it makes you not want to leave, we had a room with a jacuzzi in it and oh my God, it was the best thing ever. The spa is designed so beautifully I didn't have enough, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation zone, secret hidden spaces for you to relax, just perfect. I had a full body massage and that was fantastic. The food from the restaurant is very nice too and you can have it served just about anywhere you want on the property. Parking is available. The bathroom in the room has everything you need.
