Rooms are big, very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. We loved opening the big doors in the morning to the sea waves. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were superb. The mattresses are quite firm — better than soft for us — and the rooms were spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In October, the hotel was nearly empty and the temperature was quite low, so the outdoor pools and beach were closed, but the hotel itself is amazing and very quiet. The spa is incredible, featuring a sauna, ice-cold room, steam room, whirlpool, and salt room — all very relaxing. Kindly note that in the sauna, nudity is allowed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely visit again!

The staff were friendly and helpful (from ordering taxis or drivers for extended excursions). The breakfast was delicious and offered local and international fare. The pool was so cold, but we came at the end of the season (first weekend in October), but it was still lovely. We were even upgraded upon our arrival, as was our daughter and her husband.
