I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

Mohammed greeted us with a warm smile and arranged a room upgrade with a spectacular view. Thanks to him, we felt genuinely valued. Everything else food, pool, and service was excellent too.

The location is amazing, at Palm Jumeirah where you can use your car or taxi to get anywhere from. The breakfast was tasty and the variety of available food was unexpetedly vast! The manager Rami was very quick to respond to one of my requests for assistance, and I really appreciated how seriously they took my request!

Again, the staff were great with our early check out, supporting us in booking a big taxi for our luggage and organizing the ‘breakfast on the go’ so we had something to eat before our journey.
