Even a person in reception can change whole experience. She never leave us alone and solved all the things coming through. Finally she prensent a small surprise to our boy that makes his day. He appeared suddenly to cook us a special soup as his speciality. I have never tasted something that special. I also provided information about my diettery needs that arr crutial for me.
