Bed linen and towels are provided. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. It was a very lovely stay in this exceptional apartment. We loved the hot tub indoors and outdoor, sauna and the little gym. Beautiful location :) Apartments were soacious and immaculately clean, very well equipped too. Highly recommended!

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

All air-conditioned rooms have mountain views and flat-screen TV. The bathroom comes with a spa bath, shower, free toiletries, and hairdryer. There are also slippers and a bathrobe. Most of them have a private balcony. The concierge Maria was fantastic and made our stay memorable. The hotel was extremely clean and had a perfect location. We loved our four nights stay here and will highly recommend it.

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial centre of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodation is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Spa hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 16:00 to 21:00, Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Children under 16 years of age, pregnant women and persons with contraindicated diseases are not allowed. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course
