Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request. I liked everything in terms of location and the hotel staff were wonderful. Ms. Lina and the young man were also very sophisticated and cooperative. I loved the apartment, its cleanliness and the equipment. Everything was wonderful.

Spacious, very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped to make family meals. Car parking easy and secure. A short walk across the road to the lift. No need to tangle with the very busy car park. Spa area is fab and very welcome after a long day skiing, all spotless too and never busy. Laundry area on 4th floor really helpful as are heated ski lockers opposite apartments. Overall very well equipped. Sound proofing between apartments great, never heard anyone else, same cannot be said for the road, see below. El Tarter much quieter overall than Soldeu where the rest of our group stayed. If you have an injured person with you (we had a lame daughter with a rugby injury): the Caldea Spa in La Vella is really worth a half day or two, just book in advance. Tweens and teens will love the shopping in La Vella too.

The staff at Hotel Sporting were so kind and genuinely present. It made my stay really peaceful and enjoyable. Their mindful service was a highlight. I'd happily return.

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. The food was very good at Serras and the assistance of the hotel staff was exceptional.

By far the best stay I’ve had in Andorra. The apartment was incredible, the chair lift is no more than 1 minutes walk from the building but above all, dealing with Aleix was an absolute pleasure. He accommodated me after initial dates had to be changed due to lack of snow at the very start of the season and made the entire stay easy and truly unforgettable, we will definitely be staying here again. Aleix is without a doubt the kindest and most genuine type of gentleman one could encounter, the property is 10/10 and Aleix’s care to detail is 12/10 🤟🏼
