Bed linen and towels are provided. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request.

Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. I liked everything in terms of location and the hotel staff were wonderful. Ms. Lina and the young man were also very sophisticated and cooperative. I loved the apartment, its cleanliness and the equipment. Everything was wonderful.

There is a lounge with a fireplace, and wellness centre with a steam bath and jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi can be found in reception.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Very cosy chalet staff super friendly

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district). The hotel has access to an underground parking (for a fee, part of which the hotel subsidizes), has a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a spa with thermal water. The rooms are big and the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (special thanks to Filip!). Andorra is adorable!

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Helpful staff and wonderful facilities. We couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Oh and the complementary upgrade was truly appreciated. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Situated 30 km from Naturland, El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.

A buffet, vegetarian or gluten-free breakfast is available at the property. At Les Pardines 1819 Mountain suites & SPA you will find a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. Dairy-free and gluten-free options can also be requested. This is an exceptional place. It is beautiful and elegant. We really loved everything about it: the food, the service, the place, and how friendly they are. We will definitely try to come back next year
