Bed linen and towels are provided. One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

The breakfast is tasty, with a good choice.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

When I looked up reviews for this hotel on different websites, I was surprised by a 5-stars rating. Not 4,8 or 4,9 - straight 5. And the reason for that is because Blackpine delivers what you cannot get in most luxury hotels - a PERSONALIZED luxury experience. It is really about their team's attention to you as a valued customer: they will try to help with everything starting from your arrival, to giving advices on visiting different places within and out of the city, and up till it is time to leave (special thanks to Taras). Rooms are great: very clean (almost to an extreme level), cleverly designed and offering good amenities. Very good breakfast. I am not a fan of valet parking, but the one offered by the hotel (25EUR per night) was absolutely fine and no troubles at all. We definitely will be back!

They go that extra mile for you to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
