wonderful guesthouse! Beautiful facilities, pool beautifully illuminated at night. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Safe, fenced and guarded area. Airport shuttle service perfect. The boss - a great, kind and very helpful woman! Tasty meals, you can additionally order a delicious dinner. On morning flights, a sandwich box.

Staff were amazing, Shepherd, Jerry. Mother (Chef) and Housekeeping (sorry forgot her name). Service and hospitality was excellent and I come from hospitality. Ignore the negative comments about the surroundings outside the property. Will definitely book there again. Transfer from and to the airport Chicco was great. Thank you.

I was ill during my entire stay - serious food poisoning (NOT from this hotel). The bed was super comfortable, it was a very quiet room, they were kind enough to allow me to check in two hours earlier than normally permitted, the airport transfers were just excellent. I didn’t eat anything at the hotel, but they brought me a complimentary large bottle of water to my room. A miserable few hours of sickness in a great hotel. Thank you.

We needed a hotel close to the airport and ARH offered free transfers to and from. Johannesburg is a little scary at night and we were pleased to have safe transfers and to be within a gated community at the hotel. Beautiful hotel - few rooms and very comfortable and modern.

I did not take breakfast, i had to leave the facility before breakfast time. I really appreciated their effort, they were even willing to serve me breakfast at 5am🥹🤞. That is how caring they were🫂

The transfer from the airport was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The meals and drinks were affordable. The rooms were clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful organising taxis for us and a cycle tour of Soweto. The massage that we booked was also exceptional. It was a quiet and relaxing place to stay near the airport.

There is a free shuttle bus provided from airport to hotel multiple times across the day. This made it easier for us and saved on Uber/taxi. The spa is quite basic but the treatments are very very good value and me and my daughter received amazing, relaxing massages. The food is very reasonably priced and to a good standard. Beds are comfortable and large rooms. As far as value for money goods, this is very good standard if staying a night or two during flight overlays.

Highly recommended as a stop-over location for air travellers transiting through Joburg. A quick and easy drive to and from the airport with the friendly and helpful Sunrock shuttle driver. The family suite was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant does a delicious buffet supper and breakfast, and the staff were lovely. The area around the swimming pool was a tranquil place to relax. Overall, great place to spend the night
