A lovely, vibrant, and gorgeous boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, beautiful decor with wonderful quality linen and furniture! The pool was refreshing on a hot summers day, and was so inviting. The duty managers were very welcoming and helpful in booking activities for us in and around Hoedspruit. The hotel is very central, and is within close proximity to excellent restaurants, as well as many private game reserves with options of Morning and evening safaris of which the hotel will arrange and book on your behalf. There are also many other activities to do within and around Hoedspruit. Would definitely recommend, and can't wait for our return! Thank you Khiwane, and your lovely team. Lastly, our breakfast included in our stay at the Harvest House Restaraunt was divine! 10/10, with many options.

We thought we were only going to crash for a night after a long flight and before starting a safari the next day, but we were absolutely mind blown by how amazing everything was. Perfect location in the middle of what is called "Wildlife Estate" which gives you a chance to see wild animals strolling nearby (we almost saw all the same animals we saw on the safari strolling around the lodge), this is an astounding place with a beautiful room which makes you feel you're in a dream! Last but not least - Ruan and Jenny were very friendly and informative on things to do, and even gave us recommendations about Cape Town which was our next stop. For a small fee, we pre-arranged dinner (which was delicious and cooked by one of their chefs) and transfer from the Hoedspruit airport as well. Communication was easy and Ruan was very responsive. It was such a shame that we only spent one night - had we known how calm and beautiful it all was, we would have 100% extended our stay. So sad to have left but I rave about it. There couldn't have been a more perfect welcome to South Africa.

Our stay at African Flair Safari Lodge was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and immersion in nature with breathtaking surroundings. The whole hotel is immaculately designed, combining luxury with an authentic African touch. Every detail—from the decor to the comfort of the bed — shows how much care and passion goes into this place. The meals were absolutely outstanding: fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor like in a restaurant. Our host, Alet’s attentiveness and natural kindness added a truly special touch to our stay. Her discreet yet exceptionally thoughtful care made every moment feel effortless and comfortable.

I liked the reception we had. I also met out guide whose name means "Hapiness". We then had an exquisite dinner under the stars with the owners. The food was so good I went for "seconds" (and therefore missed out on the dessert!). We loved the breakfast because we were by now friends with other guests - from Brazil and Saudi Arabia. It was a great experience

The lodge is absolutely incredible, the decoration is on point, the setting is amazing and the food very good! But what makes your stay also incredible is the staff, especially Caroline who makes you feel like home and the owner who makes sure everything is perfect for you! Very calm, feels like home. The staff felt like family, we were taken care of like royalty. The room was very clean and spacious. As soon as Rheni knew about our honeymoon he made sure to focus on the smallest details to make our stay romantic and enjoyable. Precious was amazing at serving us during dinner and breakfast , very smiley! the mama in the kitchen really put their heart in the amazing food they cooked for us ! Definitely coming back!

A beautiful location to relax, very beautiful, peaceful and spacious rooms. I can comment about every detail but I will wrap it up by saying everything was perfect. The kids and I loved everything about it. It was very quite n we had a good night's rest, it's close to restaurants and shops but when u r at the facility it's like u r deep in the bush. 10/10

I liked the pool area, the breakfast, the service from the room service staff (they were so sweet, quick yet thorough; especially Tryphina) and the spa was pretty and my massage was amazing.

Great location in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate where you can go for walks yourself, very spacious rooms, decorated with attention to detail and nothing missing, rooftop terrace overlooking the wildlife estate and views of Drakensberg, last but not least: very friendly, helpful and attentive staff (inkumo swinene!), delicious varying breakfast dishes and really good massages
