this is the most fantastic Karoo Hotel experience! the staff are kind, competent, and have a fantastic attitude. the rooms are spacious, warm and spotless = with all the amenities needed. the hotel restaurant is exceptional; great quality karoo food, nourishing and not too fancy, well presented by friendly staff. the breakfast is excellent too. it's our second trip / stay here, and we will be back!

The room was lovely and comfortable. Dinner in room service was excellent and so was breakfast. Staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating. Massages at the Spa were excellent and highly recommend.
